Recognition of the existence of buildings
The Curaduría Urbana N ° 2 of Piedecuesta has the ability to declare the existence of the architectural developments executed without having obtained the respective urban planning license, as long as they comply with the use foreseen by the urban planning regulations in force and that the building has been completed at least five (5) years before the application for recognition.
Other actions
Other actions related to the issuance of licenses are understood to be those related to the development of urban or architectural projects, which can be carried out independently or on the occasion of the issuance of a license.
